 Kovilpatti kadalai mittai is the taste of Tamil Nadu. It's also known as Peanut Candy which, is one of the traditional snack of Tamil Culture. But the issue lies in the accumulation of Pitham.

Crafted with roasted peanuts, which is
 source of protein, jaggery, and 
cardamom powder, each piece is a delightful fusion of flavors. The mixture is
 skillfully flattened and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Kadalaimittai or peanut candy from Tamil nadu are made of kadalai (peanut) and Jaggery. So with this combination Kadalai Mittai becomes a candy with high Protein, Iron and Selenium content. Also it did not have any bad fat at all. There is no other better snack than kadalai mittai for your kids.

After getting Geographical Indications (GI), for the Kovilpatti kadalai mittai, the potential to export is enabled. Also, it has naturally had long shelf life without any special type of packaging.
